Taught by her psychic mother, Melanie has been reading the tarot for most of her life. She's the creator of the award winning Modern Spellcaster's Tarot (illustrated by Scott Murphy) and Spellcaster's Handbook, and has also published an indie deck, the Stuffed Animal Tarot. A prolific author for Llewellyn Worldwide, Melanie's titles include Llewellyn's Little Book of Sun Spells, Cookbook of Shadows, Llewellyn's Little Book of Moon Spells, A Witch's World of Magick, Beltane, Lughnasadh, Witchy Mama, and the award winning biography Carl Llewellyn Weschcke: Pioneer and Publisher of Body, Mind, and Spirit.
